All prices in AUD. Month to month, no fixed term. For websites we host, the plan includes the hosting; Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify, so their plan covers the upkeep around the store. Included time is for the current month and does not roll over. Larger jobs are quoted separately, at a discounted rate for care plan clients.

01Do I have to be on a care plan?
Yes. Every site we build comes with a care plan, starting at Essentials. For websites it covers the hosting, SSL, backups and updates the site runs on. For Shopify stores, where Shopify provides the hosting, it covers theme updates, app checks, backups and monitoring. It is how the site stays fast and secure after launch instead of slowly falling behind.
02Can I join a care plan for a site you did not build?
Usually, after a short review of the site to make sure it is in a state we can support. There may be a one-off tidy-up fee if it needs work first.
03What counts as a change under the included time?
Text and image updates, new pages based on existing layouts, adding products, tweaking forms, small design adjustments. Larger features are quoted separately, and unused time does not roll over.
04Can I cancel a care plan?
Care plans are month to month with no fixed term. For a website we host, the plan is what keeps the site online, so cancelling means the site comes down once a handover or transfer is arranged. A Shopify store stays live on Shopify; you would just be taking on the upkeep yourself.
