Ways we can help

Websites services

Our take

A small business website has one job. Turn someone who is looking for what you do into someone who contacts you. Everything else is in service of that.

That means fast pages, plain language, a phone number people can tap, and proof that you are good at what you do. It does not mean animations, sliders, or a homepage that takes six seconds to load on a phone in a car park.

A good fit if you are

  • Trades and home services that live on local enquiries
  • Professional services such as accountants, allied health and consultants
  • Hospitality, tourism and venues that need bookings

What is included

  1. 01

    Design

A custom design for your homepage and key pages. No templates dressed up, no stock layout your competitor also has.

  2. 02

    Content structure and copy support

We plan the pages, headings and calls to action. Bring your own copy, or we can shape rough notes into something that reads well.

  3. 03

    Build

Built on a managed platform or a custom stack, depending on how much you want to edit yourself. Both are fast and secure.

  4. 04

    Forms, bookings and integrations

Enquiry forms that email you and land in your CRM, booking calendars, maps, reviews and social feeds.

  5. 05

    Technical SEO foundations

Page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, fast load times and correct redirects from any old site.

  6. 06

    Hosting and launch

Hosting set up on reliable infrastructure, SSL, DNS switched over and everything tested before it goes live.

How it runs

The Websites process, start to finish

  1. 01

    Discovery

A working session on who your customers are, what they need to know, and what a good enquiry looks like.

  2. 02

    Design

Homepage design first, then key inner pages. You review real screens, not mood boards.

  3. 03

    Build

Development, content loaded, forms wired up, every page tested on real phones.

  4. 04

    Launch

Go live, submit to Google, and hand over with a walkthrough.

Common questions

Things people ask before they book a Websites project

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

01What do I own?

Your domain, your content and your customer data are yours. The site itself is hosted and maintained by us on a platform suited to it. If you ever move on, handover or transfer can be arranged in some cases, for a fee.

02Can I update it myself?

Yes. For most sites we set up a simple editing area for text, images and posts. Bigger changes are covered by your care plan or quoted as needed.

03Do you write the content?

We structure every page and can write or edit copy from your notes. Photography is best done by a local photographer, and we can recommend one.

04Template, managed platform or custom build?

It depends how often you want to edit and what integrations you need. We recommend the option that suits you, not the one we like building most.

05Do you do redesigns of existing sites?

Often. We keep what works, fix what does not, and set up redirects so you keep your search rankings.
