The Web HQ provides Shopify, website, SEO and website care services to businesses in Australia. You can contact us at hello@thewebhq.com.au.

What we collect

• Contact details you send through our enquiry form or by email, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Information about your project that you choose to share with us.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you have engaged us for, and send invoices. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run our business and deliver your project. That includes form handling, email and invoicing platforms, and the website and ecommerce platforms your site or store is built and hosted on, such as Shopify. Each of these handles information under its own privacy policy. Enquiry form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and stored in accordance with their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics and does not set tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before anything is added.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thewebhq.com.au. If you have a complaint about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
