01Do I need to already have a Shopify account?
No. We set up the store and transfer ownership to you at launch. You own the account, the theme and everything in it.
02Can you move my existing store across?
Yes. Products, customers, order history where possible, and URL redirects so search rankings carry over. Migrations from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and BigCommerce are common.
03Which Shopify plan should I be on?
Most small businesses start on Basic. We will recommend a plan based on your volume and whether you need POS or extra staff accounts.
04Will the store work with my accounting software?
Shopify connects to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. We set the integration up as part of the build if you need it.
05What happens after launch?
Every store comes with a care plan. Shopify hosts the store; the plan keeps the theme updated, apps checked, backups running and small changes handled, and the training we provide covers the day-to-day.
